Who We Are
Applebox-Media is helmed by Gary Ushino. Gary demonstrated his passion for photography and cinematography with over 30 years in Hollywood behind the camera on over 100 movies and TV shows. He earned his BA in Film Production from the California State University Northridge Film School and went on to master SolidWorks 3D CAD and mechanical design. As Director of Research and Development at 3ality Digital and 3ality Technica, he built robust experience in camera development creating world renowned 3D camera systems and Lightfield camera technology. He brings this vast knowledge, experience, and talent to Applebox-Media to provide first-class imagery for your production.
